Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by DKM Super Mall:

There may be certain orders that DKM Super Mall Merchant partners are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non- availability of the delivery service in the address to which product is required to be shipped, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our Merchant partners, or problems identified by DKM Super Mall’s credit and fraud avoidance department. DKM Super Mall may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. DKM Super Mall will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card or bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit card / bank account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or DKM Super Mall.

Cancellation by the User:

In case of requests for order cancellations, DKM Super Mall reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if DKM Super Mall receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by DKM Super Mall, DKM Super Mall shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. DKM Super Mall will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. DKM Super Mall has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by DKM Super Mall and accept DKM Super Mall’s decision regarding the cancellation. In cases where it is not possible to cancel orders since they have already been shipped refund shall be made subject to the returns process post return request is raised and you would get replacement or refund once the original item is back with the Merchant partner in good sale-able condition.

DKM Super Mall reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by DKM Super Mall as per certain criteria. Any DKM Super Mall Promo Code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

Ø  Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale

Ø  Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address

Ø  Bulk quantity of the same product ordered

Ø  Invalid address given in order details

Ø  Any malpractice used to place the order

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
However, the money will be transferred back to the source of transaction, and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by DKM Super Mall.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
