Domestic Shipping

At 'DKM Super Mall' we believe in delivering products purchased in splendid condition. All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We will ensure that it reaches you earlier or within the specified period without any hassle.

Each order we receive will be processed within 72 hours, and you will hear from us when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. We have partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners to assure that you receive your order on time and safely with full courtesy and attention.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charge varies with each Seller. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. However, delivery charge may be waived off by some Sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value. There are NO Hidden Charges when you make a purchase on 'DKM Super Mall'. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller's shipping policy.

1. The delivery timeframe mentioned on product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon availability of the product at the merchant, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might affect delivery. 2. Be Extra Alert when Accepting Parcel from Courier:

  • If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery.
  • Please register a complaint with our customer care mail id if you have refused to accept delivery.

  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • Whether the Seller ships to your location
  • And at times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
  • COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.   • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
