Return & Refund Policy

'DKM Super Mall' offers 30-day return on all the products bought on our website* (may differ for some products, please refer seller return policy under ‘Product Description’). Products should be returned in the original condition. Place your return request online if you've received an item in a “Damaged”, “Defective” or “Not as Described” state.

Please notify "DKM Super Mall" on receipt of a Damaged/ Defective Product, within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, DKM Super Mall/Merchant/ manufacturer/ service provider shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

'DKM Super Mall' is committed to provide and deliver you the best quality product and as per your choice. We make our best efforts & have stringent measures in place to ensure that the product reaches you without any damage and with complete satisfaction to you. Sometimes due to some unavoidable reasons or certain circumstances that are beyond 'DKM Super Mall' control like sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, insurrection, war, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer, computer system or computer network, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption (provided beyond reasonable control of DKM Super Mall), power or electricity failure or unavailability of adequate power or electricity, you might receive your product with some defect or damage. There can also be a case when you might receive a product which is not as described by the seller, than conveniently place your return request online.

Upon receiving your request, 'DKM Super Mall' shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If DKM Super Mall is convinced that the complaint is genuine, DKM Super Mall will inform the relevant Merchant of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, "DKM Super Mall" reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by "DKM Super Mall" in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Merchant selling the defective product/ service will be solely responsible to you for any claims that you may have in relation to such defective product/ service and DKM Super Mall shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.

Returns are also subject to the Seller's return policy. Please check the respective Seller's policy when buying or before initiating a return. Returns are also backed by the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee for few sellers.



Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective, Faulty OR Damaged Product
  • Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications (Not as Described)
  • Wrong Color
  • Wrong Size
  • Wrong Style
  • Used/Open Seal Product Received
  • Incorrect Quantity
  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Part of Product is missing

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Consumable Product
  • Electronics
  • Precious Jewellery
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
  • Serial Number is tampered
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty and reported after 7days OR 10-days as per seller policy.
  • Damaged products reported after 2-days (48 hours) of delivery.
  • Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product.
  • Product is used or worn or altered.
  • DKM Super Mall Gift Voucher.

Product has manufacturing defect

  • If the product has manufacturing defect, please check buyer protection.
  • If the product has manufacturer’s warranty, you should claim the warranty by calling or visiting the nearest service center of the product’s brand.
  • 'DKM Super Mall' shall not be liable for any incidental defect/damage, like liquid/mishandling etc. by the customer.
  • For non-standard products, please contact us at and we would take your issue with the merchant.
  • Electronic items: We require a document from the brand/OEM's service center confirming that the delivered item was defective. We will carry out a quality check to validate the complaint before processing any request for refund/replacement. Returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty/ defective.


  • We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product.
  • For Bank Refund, it may take up to 2 weeks, for the amount to get credited in your account, after we have initiated the refund.
  • The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or in case of missing Order ID on the package.
  • Time taken to process the Refund may vary depending on the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:
